REFUND POLICY

Next Play Nation Refund Policy

 

At Next Play Nation (NPN), we are committed to delivering high-quality programs, leagues, camps, events, and experiences for every participant. Due to the operational planning, staffing, facility reservations, and resources required to execute our events, all registrations, fees, and payments made to Next Play Nation are final and non-refundable.

 

This policy applies to all events hosted, operated, or sanctioned by Next Play Nation, including but not limited to leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, showcases, workshops, and special events.

 

No Refunds

Once a payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

 

  • Participant withdrawal or inability to attend

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or injury

  • Team changes or roster decisions

  • Weather conditions (unless the event is fully canceled by Next Play Nation)

  • Travel complications

  • Personal circumstances

 

 

Event Credits (If Applicable)

In rare situations where an event is canceled entirely by Next Play Nation and cannot be rescheduled, NPN may choose, at its sole discretion, to provide a credit toward a future program rather than a refund.

 

Transfer Policy

Registrations may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Next Play Nation.

 

By completing a registration or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

 

Next Play Nation appreciates your commitment and support as we continue building premier sports and development opportunities for athletes and communities.
